The gift of healing through kindness

We have been given a gift from the heart out of the mind of Lisa Cohen.   Lisa Cohen is a masterfully  creative writer with the special ability to inspire people to help others.  She is in the process of  promoting and finding the right publisher for her new book, “Grace is born.”    It is a story about  Grace,  a women who is able to triumph over tremendous suffering by promoting purposeful acts  of  kindness.

This amazing book poetically inspires concepts of empowerment, compassion, unity and  universal healing.    It is a parable book that focuses methodically on Grace and her victories through the  many obstacles that cross her path.    This book will inspire you to find the strength and wisdom to  conquer any physical or mental challenge you face.   It is a fun filled easy read.  It is beautifully and  masterfully illustrated by Judith Joseph.

Lisa’s intense search to find the right illustrator for “Grace is Born.” led her to Judith Joseph.  Judith’s  work joyfully reminded her of Chagle, another one of her favorite illustrator’s.   It only took Lisa a  moment after this comparison to know with all her soul, that she had found  the illustrator that would help bring this enchanting story to life.

Lisa Cohen is a licensed speech pathologist who resides in central New Jersey.  Her desire to inspire people to express kindness started when she began noticing that her patients were improving dramatically after practicing acts of kindness through helping others.   After this revealing experience, she knew that it was part of her destiny to create this inspirational book as a tool to promote personal healing through helping others.

The beginning of movie magic

The magnificent birth of the first motion pictures was born in the 1890’s right before the turn of the century. It was a fascinating moment when the first movies were viewed by wide eyed movie goers.  Even before the sound of their voices resonated out of the mouths of the characters, movie viewers were hooked to the motion picture.   At the time, it seemed like the work of a genius magician.   More than a hundred years have passed and we’re still amazed by the magic of the motion picture. It has this special power in which it takes us away from our personal life and thrust us into a world of the movie. It is becoming the world’s number one entertainment experience with the rising popularity of the internet and it’s vast choices of movie sites. The movie becomes the puppet master when we’re captured in the world of film. It has proven for more than a century that it’s power to lure us into it’s world has not faded.

Our Instant three dimension world

Our minds are captured by the life like view we experience from a flat screen. We tune into the sensation of an illusive three dimensional world. In the beginning of our fascination we would dress up in our best clothes walk or ride to the theater and watch it on the big screen with dozens of other viewers waiting to be transformed into another world.
In today’s world of high technology we can watch a movie any where, are car, are bedroom, on the beach and even when we’re relaxing in a hot bubble bath. It is an instant vacation that only takes a quick click for us to be taken away into. Most people enjoy movies and spend about forty percent of their waking lives doing it. It is a monumental invention that will surpass all of are present lives and be passed on to future generations. Even if mankind moves to other planets, the eternity of film will still be experienced.

As a self proclaimed movie fanatic and screen writer, I am on a mission to educate and promote the work of film makers and all the crew that’s required to make film come to life.
